Important: If you are enrolled or plan to enroll in tertiary studies while you wait for your Australian university outcomes, please include that in your statement. Please also include confirmation that you understand that if you receive an offer from Curtin, you will have to withdraw from your university studies before the census date to be eligible accept your offer.

❑   High school transcript – Used to establish English language requirements only (see “Send Official Transcripts” instructions above)
❑   UQ Authority Form (PDF) – E-signature required
❑   Check UQ Prerequisites – You must meet the Integrative Cell & Tissue Biology and Systems Physiology. Look for your courses on the International MD prerequisites table. General human physiology and cell biology courses should suffice. If you don’t have these courses but feel you’ve covered the content required, we can still submit your application. UQ will assess your full transcript, and if they believe you haven’t covered one or both requirements, they’ll offer you free online modules to meet the prerequisite(s).
