Great communication, helpful staff, convenient, and very informative. The only confusion I had was whether or not to accept, the team laid out detailed plans that helped me decide what option was best for my future. Getting in to the university was one and having control of my options. Amanda was very supportive throughout this process.

Very responsive, helpful to questions, willing to assist and genuinely listen to concerns, especially Amanda Rollich as she really took one of my concerns into consideration and followed up on it. The massive amount of support – the process to apply for Australian medical schools was super easy and not stressful at all. I never felt confused, frustrated, worried, nervous, or sad while working with OzTREKK. I felt extremely supported during the entire application process. Every step of the way, I was given clear instructions on what I needed to do and how I could go about doing it. It was very easy to figure out what I needed to get done, while the submission of the application itself was taken care of by OzTREKK.

Communication with the admissions officers, especially while waiting for the offer to come through was really good for me… I was given support to keep my head up and be hopeful.

Extremely rapid communication. All members of staff were extremely clear, helpful, and were able to answer any questions I had. Whenever I asked questions, I felt supported. I also felt supported during the application preparation phase as OzTREKK staff made it very clear to me which schools I should apply to based on the competitiveness of my application.

The constant updates and reminders, it felt like my application was being handled nicely and that it wasn’t just put off to the side. I received a late offer in the end of December and had to be in Australia by beginning of February. I felt it was quite rushed and felt that I didn’t know what to do. It was OzTREKK that helped me feel less nervous about the process. I felt hopeful and supported after applying.
