Great communication with the admissions team, friendly and supportive team, very efficient with admissions process, guides students well throughout the admissions process. I felt really hopeful during my initial call with the OzTREKK team. I was quite unsure whether I should even apply to Australia as it would be a life changing decision. The team made sure to really listen to my desire to get into the MD program and gave me useful advice on how the application process works and overall gave me an idea of what it would mean for me to make that decision to study in Australia and the impact it would have on me personally and my future career.

Communication was great and fast. So many information provided and made the application so easy. They kept reminding me of deadlines and documents to submit. Everyone helped in making me feel confident in my application process.

Communication and encouragement. Understanding and supportive. When I explained my situation and was scared to be judged about my situation. But OzTREKK was very supportive and helped me achieve my dreams.

Absolutely phenomenal team. I feel bad about how much I bothered them with all my emails but they were always on top of it. Without them I could not have made it into med school or even figured out the system. Every response was so nice and am grateful for their support. Honestly. No improvement suggestions you guys were great. I’m halfway through my first year and was literally thinking about sending the team and email to say thank you and got this feedback survey the next day. So well timed. My emails would normally be multiple and with multiple sections / points. I really liked how every response was numbered or paragraphed to cover exactly what I needed.

When I completed my class really late, and had to apply for my visa last minute, I felt really supported by the staff. Info provided, and ease of applying and keeping track needed documents and requirements.

The people at OzTREKK were amazing! They communicated well and were quick to respond to any and all concerns and enquiries I had! And their information was always thorough, and if they didn’t know, they would direct you to where you could find the information you need. The time that I needed some advice in regards to what I should do with multiple offers, OzTREKK was great in directing me on how I should think about the offers that I had gotten and what would be important for me.

I never knew that the process of getting into a dental school outside of Canada could be so seamless and the only reason for this was OzTREKK. Their fantastic team went above and beyond to make dream become a reality. They were swift in replying to my emails. If you are a Canadian student and plan on coming to Australia to study, I guarantee you that there is not one better out there to help with this than OzTREKK.

I thought OzTREKK was able to make the application process very straightforward and intuitive; additionally the events, open houses and opportunities to meet the representatives from the schools as well as other attending students certainly smoothed out the transition. It was a very clean application experience for me personally. I often include a number of questions clumped together in my emails, but Lara and Em would always take the time and patience to address each of them, or refer me to the appropriate resource if the question was beyond their scope.

Emailing back and forth with my adviser was very easy and she was able to answer most of not all of my questions. After getting excepted into my school my advisor helped congratulate me in a fun email, that really helped me feel excited about the reality of my choice.
