Overview

The Bachelor of Physiotherapy program at Griffith University provides an innovative, student-centred and employability-focused curriculum with a strong emphasis on client-centred and evidence based-practice as well as experiential and inter-professional learning.

Program

Studying the 4-year Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Griffith will transform your life. You’ll study physiotherapy courses from your first trimester to develop your professional identity.

You’ll work in inter-professional teams with other health students to ensure that you develop teamwork skills so that you are work-ready. Studying in small class sizes and using the latest evidence-based teaching techniques such as simulation, you’ll be well prepared for more than 20 weeks of hands-on practice work experience.

You’ll learn and practice techniques to enhance functional movement by undertaking biomedical, physical and behavioural science courses, as well as physiotherapy courses.

Clinical, research, and academic experts use student-centred and active learning approaches. While you’re developing leadership skills, you’ll join a global community of physiotherapists.
