Send Official Transcripts

❑  OzTREKK requires one copy of your official transcript from each institution at which you’ve studied.

Important: Transcripts must be up to date and in English.

Email: Please have your school/admissions office email us directly or through an official transcript service (e.g., Parchment or MyCreds) to transcripts@oztrekk.com. If you require a password on the digital transcript, please use the following:

  • Question: The educational agent that I am working with
  • Password: OZTREKK1 (no spaces, all capitals) or if there’s a character limit or an access code requirement, use 1234

Mail: If they cannot be emailed, transcripts in their original, sealed envelopes can be mailed to the OzTREKK Office.

❑  Official English Language Requirement documentation as set out by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) (Transcript showing grades 7–12 taught in English, or your high school transcript with a letter from your elementary school stating English was the language of instruction from grades 7–8, or an English language test.) Please have these documents sent directly from your school to transcripts@oztrekk.com.

Important: Some universities also require an English language declaration form (see Step 3 list below); these are separate documents from the NMBA requirement, above. To ensure your application is processed as quickly as possible, please provide the above documentation along with everything required by the universities to which you’ve applied.

Send Passport Photo Page & Complete SSVF

❑  Copy of your passport photo page; must be in colour (PDF) – Please upload to the myOzTREKK portal.
❑  Fill out the online OzTREKK SSVF Form – We collect this information to meet compliance requirements. If we require further information, we may contact you.

Send University-specific Documents

Please upload your documents to the myOzTREKK portal. We only require one copy of each document, even if you’re applying to multiple programs.

 

Charles Sturt University – Bachelor of Nursing 

No additional documents required. If you’ve completed steps 1 and 2, above, your application is ready to submit.

 

Deakin University – Bachelor of Nursing

La Trobe University – Bachelor of Nursing

❑  Statement of Purpose 1–2 pages explaining your interest in the program
❑  Résumé/CV listing 3 current referees

If a University Requires Course Outlines
Course outlines demonstrate your knowledge of prerequisite subjects. Universities require detailed course outlines that show all covered topics and include a lecture schedule. One-paragraph course descriptions will not suffice. If you don’t have these, please let us know as we may have copies in our files. If we don’t, please contact the faculty from which you undertook your studies.

 

Flinders University – Bachelor of Nursing (Graduate entry)

Important to remember:

  • Rolling admissions; apply a minimum of three months before program start date (before end of November for February intake).
  • *If you don’t have the prerequisites, we can still submit your application. Should you receive an offer, you will be required to complete the Flinders Anatomy and Physiology short course.

Important to remember:

  • Deadline is typically mid-September and offers/outcomes are released before the end of the year.
  • Applicants are expected to have some grounding in human anatomy at a university level before commencing. Students without such grounding should take the online subject Introductory Human Physiology.

 

University of Queensland – Master of Nursing Studies

❑   Select your campus, Westmead or Camperdown, and let OzTREKK know. Once you’ve been allocated to a campus, you may not transfer.

Notes:

  • Rolling admissions; apply as early as possible.
  • In addition to meeting academic requirements, candidates are also required to take an online literacy and numeracy test if they receive an offer. Applicants who successfully pass both the literacy and numeracy tests will be invited to attend an interview. If you receive an offer, the university will contact you directly via email to arrange the testing and Skype interview. Check the Master of Nursing Admissions Guide for further details.
