Send Official Transcripts
❑ OzTREKK requires one copy of your official transcript from each institution at which you’ve studied.
Important: Transcripts must be up to date and in English.
Email: Please have your school/admissions office email us directly or through an official transcript service (e.g., Parchment or MyCreds) to transcripts@oztrekk.com. If you require a password on the digital transcript, please use the following:
- Question: The educational agent that I am working with
- Password: OZTREKK1 (no spaces, all capitals) or if there’s a character limit or an access code requirement, use 1234
Mail: If they cannot be emailed, transcripts in their original, sealed envelopes can be mailed to the OzTREKK Office.

Step 2
Send Passport Photo Page & Complete SSVF
❑ Copy of your passport photo page; must be in colour (PDF) – Please upload to the myOzTREKK portal.
❑ Fill out the online OzTREKK SSVF Form – We collect this information to meet compliance requirements. If we require further information, we may contact you.
Step 3
Send University-specific Application Documents
Please upload your documents to the myOzTREKK portal. We only require one copy of each document, even if you’re applying to multiple programs.
Adelaide University – Bachelor of Laws (Honours)
No additional documents required. If you’ve completed steps 1 and 2, above, your application is ready to submit.
❑ AUD$150 application fee paid directly to the university (link will be provided). Please let us know if you do not wish to pay the application fee and we’ll cancel your application.
Bond University – Bachelor of Laws
No additional documents required. If you’ve completed steps 1 and 2, above, your application is ready to submit.
Deakin University – Bachelor of Laws
❑ Deakin Declaration Form (PDF) – E-signature required.
❑ Confirm where you would like to study:
- Melbourne Burwood (Main) campus student population: 26,000
- Geelong Waterfront campus student population: 4,330
Flinders University – Bachelor of Laws – Legal Practice Entry
No additional documents required. If you’ve completed steps 1 and 2, above, your application is ready to submit.
Griffith University – Bachelor of Laws (Honours)

James Cook University – Bachelor of Laws
❑ Confirm where you would like to study:
- JCU Townsville Campus student population: 11,500
- JCU Cairns Campus student population: 4,000 (JCU LLB students typically attend Townsville. Those at Cairns have most LLB course content via distance learning.)
La Trobe University – Bachelor of Laws (Honours)
No additional documents required. If you’ve completed steps 1 and 2, above, your application is ready to submit.
Monash University – Bachelor of Laws Honours
❑ AUD$100 Monash application fee paid directly to the university (link will be provided). Please let us know if you do not wish to pay the application fee and we will cancel your app immediately.
University of Notre Dame Australia – Bachelor of Laws
No additional documents required. If you’ve completed steps 1 and 2, above, your application is ready to submit.
University of Queensland – Bachelor of Laws (Honours)
❑ UQ Application Authority Form – E-signature required
❑ Review UQ’s Transfer Policy and Procedures – As part of our agreement with UQ, we must confirm that all applicants understand that a release to another Australian university is only granted under exceptional circumstances.
University of Sydney – Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Combined
❑ Sydney requires students to undertake another degree in conjunction with its LLB. Please confirm your other program area: Sydney LLB combined degree
❑ AUD$150 application fee. Once your application is complete, OzTREKK will provide you with the fee payment link.
