The latest university rankings are out!
QS World University Rankings® 2014/15 has just released the latest world university rankings, and four of OzTREKK’s Australian universities were out to represent and held strong in the top 100! Considering there are thousands of universities around the world, this is a big deal!

Meet Australian university representative—join us for the Study in Australia Fairs this Fall!

Once again, the University of Melbourne holds strong near the top of the list, closely followed by the University of Sydney and the University of Queensland. In fact, all eight of OzTREKK‘s Australian university partners fared well, and we are proud to represent them.
The University of Sydney has again been named in the top 50 universities in the world, with a formal ranking of 37 in the latest QS World University Rankings. Sydney’s result confirms its place among the world’s leading research and educational institutions. It also underscores the university’s consistent strength among its peers over the past decade, despite the increasingly intense competition in the global higher education sector.
University of Queensland Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Peter Høj congratulated the broad UQ community on securing a QS ranking of 43 for two years running.
“UQ’s high global rankings bolster our capacity to contribute to Australia’s $15-billion education exports and to attract international partners and funding,” Professor Høj said.
QS now ranks all of Australia’s Group of Eight universities in the top 100.
