OzTREKK and several Australian and New Zealand universities just brought “Down Under” to Toronto and Vancouver!

What’s it like to study in Australia or New Zealand?

We know jetting off to Australia or New Zealand to check out university campuses is an unlikely scenario for many students. But we realize you have questions about your study options, admissions requirements, university accommodation options, scholarship opportunities, and more, so we bring Australian and New Zealand to you!

What’s OzTREKK “Experience Australia & New Zealand” event?
Every year in late May or early June, representatives from OzTREKK and several Australian and New Zealand universities visit Toronto and Vancouver.

We spend an afternoon chatting with students, parents, and counsellors about everything regarding studying abroad in one of the most beautiful places in the world. This is a great event to get all your questions answered regarding studying Down Under:

  • Speak with representatives from Australian and NZ universities
  • Chat with OzTREKK staff about the application process
  • Find out what it takes to get into your dream program
  • Chat with alumni (get the inside scoop!)
  • Learn about Australia & New Zealand
  • Financing, accommodation, and more!

These events are an easy way for students to find out exactly what they need to get into their dream program, and how to use their degree in Canada—or Down Under—after they graduate.

When are the next Experience Australia & New Zealand events?
You can look forward to the next set of Experience Australia & New Zealand in May 2026. Although that’s a year away, you can also check out our similar Study Down Under Fairs in September/October 2025 and January/February 2026.
