Sydney International Undergraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship

This scholarship awards 100% tuition fees and Student Services and Amenities Fee for the published full-time duration of the recipient’s single undergraduate degree.

Are You Eligible?
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have applied for but not yet commenced a single undergraduate coursework degree (may include embedded honours) at the University of Sydney at the time of award which has a maximum duration of 4 years.
  • Not be commencing a second degree at the University of Sydney
  • Must not have previously undertaken any tertiary studies (excluding extension studies completed as part of a year 12 program).

Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarships Scheme

The Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarships Scheme scholarship awards up to $40,000 to support high-achieving international students wishing to pursue coursework studies. This scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit as assessed from a student’s application for admission to an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree.

Are You Eligible?
The Vice Chancellor’s International Scholarships are awarded to exceptional international students.

How to Apply
Have OzTREKK submit your program application! Your academic eligibility for this scholarship will be assessed at the time of reviewing your program application, no additional application required.

Applications are always open. There are multiple rounds, so have OzTREKK submit your program application early.

 

Wigram Allen Scholarship

Applying to the Juris Doctor program? You may be eligible for the Wigram Allen Scholarship. This scholarship is valued at $8,000 per annum and will be paid in two equal instalments at the census date for each semester.

Are You Eligible?
You must have received an unconditional offer into the Juris Doctor program within The University of Sydney Law School.

How to Apply
Have OzTREKK submit your program application! If you receive an unconditional offer, you may proceed with your scholarship application. Applicants who apply for this scholarship will automatically be considered for the CA Coghlan and AN Littlejohn Scholarship for the Juris Doctor.

 

CA Coghlan and AN Littlejohn Scholarship for the Juris Doctor

This scholarship supports students with an unconditional offer into the Juris Doctor (JD) Program within the University of Sydney Law School

The scholarship is valued at $6000 and will be paid in two equal instalments after the census date of each semester.

Are You Eligible?
You must have an unconditional offer of full-time admission into the Juris Doctor (JD) program within the Sydney Law School, and be a high academic achiever.

Have OzTREKK submit your program application! If you receive an unconditional offer, you may proceed with your scholarship application. Applicants will automatically be considered for the Wigram Allen Scholarship, too!

 

University of Sydney Law School Dean’s Scholarship

This scholarship aims to assist exceptional international students commencing in the Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) course at the University of Sydney Law School.

One of the following scholarship amounts will be offered based on the applicants ranking against the selection criteria:

  • Full tuition fees for the duration of the degree
  • $10,000 per annum for the duration of the degree

Are You Eligible?
You must:

  • be an international student
  • have an unconditional offer of admission in full-time studies in either a JD or LLM degree
  • be in the University of Sydney Law School.

The Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and a personal statement demonstrating leadership experience, communication skills, personal interests, community engagement, and reasons for pursuing the study of law.
