List A – Required for All Undergraduate-entry Law Applications
Please send one PDF copy of each of the following documents to admissions1@oztrekk.com.
❑ OzTREKK requires one copy of your official transcript, from all institutions at which you’ve studied (must be in English). Please send transcripts via
- Mail: Transcripts in their original, sealed envelopes must be mailed to the OzTREKK Office; or
- Email: Transcripts must be sent from the school office/admissions office directly or through an official transcript service (e.g., Parchment or MyCreds) to transcripts@oztrekk.com. If you need to have a password on the digital transcript, please use the following:
- Question: The educational agent that I am working with
- Password: OZTREKK1 (no spaces, all capitals) or if there’s a character limit or an access code requirement, use 1234.
What if my documents are not in English?
If your documents are not in English, you must provide full translation of each document, either prepared by your university or by a registered translator. You must not translate the documents yourself.
Please note OzTREKK must receive the official translation directly from the university or translator in order to certify the document.

Deakin University – Bachelor of Laws
❑ Deakin International Student Application Form (must be hand-signed)
❑ Confirm where you would like to study:
- Melbourne Burwood (Main) campus student population: 26,000
- Geelong Waterfront campus student population: 4,330
James Cook University – Bachelor of Laws
❑ Confirm where you would like to study:
- JCU Townsville Campus student population: 11,500
- JCU Cairns Campus student population: 4,000 (JCU LLB students typically attend Townsville. Those at Cairns have most LLB course content via distance learning.)
Monash University – Bachelor of Laws Honours
❑ $100 AUD Monash application fee paid directly to the university (link will be provided). Please let us know if you do not wish to pay the application fee and we will cancel your app immediately.
University of Newcastle – Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Combined
❑ Newcastle Application Form (must be hand-signed)
❑ Newcastle requires students to undertake another degree in conjunction with its LLB. Please confirm your other program area Newcastle LLB combined degree
University of Queensland – Bachelor of Laws (Honours)
❑ UQ Application Authority Form
❑ Review UQ’s Transfer Policy and Procedures: As part of our agreement with UQ, we must confirm that all applicants understand that a release to another Australian university is only granted under exceptional circumstances.
University of Sydney – Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Combined
❑ Sydney requires students to undertake another degree in conjunction with its LLB. Please confirm your other program area: Sydney LLB combined degree
❑ AUD $125 application fee. Once your application is complete, OzTREKK will provide you with the fee payment link.
