Monash University Medical School’s undergraduate-entry MBBS program provides a great pathway for students who are looking to gain entry into medical school directly from high school.
The undergraduate MBBS curriculum provides an interdisciplinary program, organized to provide integration of structure and function within the biomedical sciences. It presents a continually expanding level of medical experience, starting in the first semester of the course. In the early years, the basic medical sciences are taught in the context of their relevance to patient care. Later in the course, clinical teaching builds upon and reinforces this strong scientific foundation.

Have you already completed an undergraduate degree? Then Monash University Medical School’s graduate medical program is for you! Monash University’s grad-entry medical program is designed for students who have already completed an undergraduate degree, such as a Bachelor of Science.

The Monash Medical School’s graduate-entry degree emphasizes clinical communication skills and early clinical contact visits to medical practices, community care facilities and hospitals. With a focus on rural health, all student teaching and clinical placements take place throughout Gippsland. Students will predominantly spend the first year in the purpose-built Gippsland facility and undertake clinical rotations at hospitals, community health centres and general practices over the four years of the course.

Application deadline for Round 1: February 5, 2016; please note ISAT results must be submitted by the February 5, 2016 application deadline date.
Interview Dates for Canadian applicants:
Sunday, March 13, 2016 (Toronto)
Tuesday, March 15, 2016 (Vancouver)
Notification of interviews: Interview offers will be made over the days leading up to interview dates, depending on the finalization of required documentation.
Round 2 for Canadian Applicants
Application deadline for Round 2: September 27, 2016; please note ISAT results must be submitted by the September 27, 2016 application deadline date.
