Communication was very clear and I felt like the team genuinely cared about my journey, provided all the information needed. I felt very excited when starting the process as I finally felt that I actually had a chance when given all the data and encouragement from the team.

I really liked the communication I had with my admissions officer, they were able to help answer any questions I had about the process. I also really liked how organised they were about when the applications needed to be submitted, it made the whole process easy. I had a really good experience with anyone I talked to from OzTREKK.

OzTREKK made the application process super easy, reminding me of due dates for applications and organizing all the documents to send to the appropriate universities. They were also very supportive in their communications showing interest in my preferred schools and how the process is going for me.

All my emails were responded to within a few hours to 2 days! They were able answer all my questions. It was a positive experience. Getting the acceptance offer the multiple universities, and having all of my questions answered (& there were a lot). I also liked that they were able to connect me to other students in aus or in my same cohort.

They make the process really easy and always get in contact with students to make sure they don’t forget deadlines. They actually gave me hope of getting into med school while I was receiving my rejection letters from the states and Canada. When I asked about the likelihood of getting into my top 3 schools she gave me hope and true advice based off her experience and with my gpa mcat etc.

Communication was clear, fast, and contained lots of information. I was vey excited upon hearing that I received an interview as it indicated that I was a step closer to achieving an offer. Furthermore, I was very inspired and excited to come to the get-together for prospective students that was held in Toronto. It was a very exciting time that I got to meet new people and others.

Niceness and brevity of reply and how deeply they cared. I felt uneasy about which universities to apply for. But OzTREKK’s guide helped me (that document was really nice). I felt also uneasy about application deadlines which the OzTREKK team helped with. I during the application process there were couple of mistakes I had. The OzTREKK team communicated with the effectively and thus I felt supported.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and very quick to respond. The process was made very clear and easy to understand, and the support from everyone was amazing. I expressed to Amanda that I would be visiting Melbourne and she went out of her way to give me recommendations, information, as well as connect me with uni faculty and others members of OzTREKK who were all so thrilled to help me even more. It was such a lovely feeling of personal support.

It was simple to apply for everything and they were quick to answer emails. The agent allowed me to apply for multiple universities in the same city. I really was set on going to Sydney and was glad that they allowed me to do this. In doing so, one of the applications I submitted got accepted quickly.
