What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving?

7 October 2016

It’s that time of year again, when mornings are crisp and long, and stretch lazily under a haze of fog; when afternoons are pricked with cool breezes and perfumed with wisps of wood smoke; where trees are ablaze with fiery reds and paths are blanketed with leaf litter and dimpled with sunlight; when evenings are swept with long, purple shadows and hum with the trill of crickets….
What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving? It’s fall in Canada, and it’s incredible!
Fall is also a good time to be thankful. For this Thanksgiving weekend, we wish all of you the best. As you spend this time with friends and family, what are you most thankful for? Here’s our list:
Nicole: COFFEE. And fall weather.
Krista: I am thankful to be able to host a Thanksgiving feast with my husband this weekend for our family. Our parents, grandparents, siblings, nieces and nephew will all be together. Who needs anything more than that?
Lindsay: I’m thankful for my family and friends. There are so many people who I cherish near and far, that contribute to my life in so many ways: friendship, love and happiness – I couldn’t thank them enough. Oh and wine; I’m thankful for wine.
Jaime: My fam. My parents are awesome and my sister is, quite simply, the best person I know.
