The program combines the communications expertise of the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences and with the marketing rigour offered by Melbourne Business School, and is taught by industry experts. This vocational program has been designed to help integrate your skills in the marketing and communications disciplines to help you adapt to the changing industry of the digital age. Graduates will emerge as creative and reflective practitioners who are equipped to face dynamic industry challenges with practical skills in content marketing, advertising, public relations and strategic communications. To maximise your industry exposure, an internship, Applied Syndicate project and Advanced Practice subjects taught by industry experts will be offered as part of the program. You’ll address challenges and explore a range of contemporary issues through individual and team-based opportunities. The Master of Marketing Communications will develop future executives and professionals with disciplinary-specific knowledge and interdisciplinary expertise.
