
Bond University Canadian Juris Doctor 25th Anniversary Scholarship
Bond Law School has proudly been training aspiring Canadian lawyers for 25 years.

Since 2001, graduates have gone on to establish successful careers as legal practitioners and professionals across Canada and all over the world.
To celebrate 25 years of Bond’s Juris Doctor in Canada, the university is launching the Bond University Canadian Juris Doctor 25th Anniversary Scholarship.
Valued at 25% tuition remission, all Canadian students who submit an application for Bond’s Juris Doctor, to commence in any semester between September 2025 and September 2027, will be assessed for the scholarship.
The scholarship is a celebration of 25 years of history, and an investment in the future of Canadian lawyers.
Are You Eligible?
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a Canadian citizen currently residing in Canada
- Have achieved predetermined academic merit in your undergraduate studies
- Meet the standard entry requirements for the Bond Juris Doctor
- May have previously completed a Bond academic or English program
Eligible students will be automatically considered for this scholarship at time of application based on the qualification you are assessed on for academic admission to the program.
How to Apply
The Bond University Canadian Juris Doctor 25th Anniversary Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship, and your application will be assessed together with your program assessment. There is no separate application form or process to be considered. Applicants will be notified at time of program assessment.
Applications for the Juris Doctor program are always open; therefore, your academic eligibility for this scholarship will be assessed at time of reviewing your program application.
If you’re offered a scholarship, you will be provided with a deadline date to accept your program and scholarship offer.

As a Bond law student, you’ll have access to career guidance and introductions through the university’s Career Development Centre (CDC) where the team is dedicated to supporting all students throughout their career journey by helping them to find internships and future employment opportunities.
Thousands of Canadians have studied law in Australia at Bond University and are successfully practicing in Canada. The Bond Canadian Law Students’ Association hosts NCA process seminars and provides information and support for Canadians wishing to return to Canada.
Bond Law has strong links with Canada and has been training Canadian lawyers for more than 20 years. More than 150 Canadians are currently studying law at Bond and are rapidly expanding the network of Canadian alumni working as partners and senior practitioners in Canada and worldwide. Both the JD and the LLB programs offer Canadian Law electives:
- Foundations of Canadian Law
- Canadian Criminal Law
- Canadian Constitutional Law
- Canadian Administrative Law
