Use the Latest Medical Imaging Equipment

Develop your pre-clinical skills in Deakin’s suite of medical imaging simulation facilities. You’ll work with the latest imaging equipment and learn basic X-ray techniques before proceeding to more complex medical imaging procedures, such as mammography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and ultrasound.

At Deakin, you’ll get real-world clinical experience in hospitals, health services and clinics during your Doctor of Medicine. In addition to our on-campus medical facilities, you can expand your network and build clinical experience in professional settings with Deakin partners across Geelong, Melbourne, Ballarat, and Warrnambool.
