OzTREKK was really supportive when I had difficulties trying to get an unconditional offer from the University of Sydney. This was when I had gotten a conditional offer, however, I was unable to meet the offer’s requirement when they asked me to give my graduate certificate at the time since it was still a few weeks off before my previous university could send me my certificate. However, OzTREKK employee was very patient with my concern and made many efforts to communicate my distress to university of Sydney. Ultimately, I was able to get into my dream university with their constant support.

The OzTREKK team made the whole process much easier and also provided relevant information to help me get ready for my journey abroad. I remember being uneasy about my visa process and was worried it might not be granted on time but the OzTREKK team helped assure me and made everything less stressful. I felt really supported when the team had reached out to me about options with accommodations and flights for overseas, making the whole transition easier for me.

Both Jennifer and Heather demonstrate how much they care about each student. The communication was seamless despite being in different timezones (PST and EST). I never felt abandoned and every addition was answered thoroughly and with care.

Everything! Professional team, communication, quality of services, support. When I met you in person on campus once I decided to go to Australia. And the way Jaime was so supportive, she always gave me smile when I was reading emails from her 🙂

The advisors were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They provided advice at every step of the way and I felt really supported in applying and moving overseas. I felt really supported once my parents got involved in the Facebook parents group and during the webinar run by other parents of a current student. I felt excited and hopeful when I got my interview offer and the advisors were just as excited as I was!

Communication, keeping up to date with deadlines, lots of information and superrr helpful with applying. I felt very excited and hopeful as I was constantly being reminded that I exceed the requirements and have high chances of getting into the programs I was applying for. Consistent check-ins wondering how I was with waiting and being reminded that I am suitable for each program no matter the decision I made

My admissions officer was always very helpful with whatever I needed help with and they always went above and beyond to help me out. OzTREKK did the international students get together so that we can all meet each other. This made me feel like I was not alone and that I actually have people with me.

Jennifer, Heather & the team were extremely helpful in helping me apply to dental programs abroad. They kept me up to date with information and helped me stay on top of deadlines.

Communication with student advisor was great. Assistance with preparation to going to Aus was very helpful when there was a lot I had to prepare for.

Everyone at OzTREKK was very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive! Made the process really easy. I remember the support I got after I got waitlisted for one school was very encouraging. Heather and Jen in particular. And also the support when I got accepted to my top choice! It felt genuine.
