Meet Speaker Arman Alemi – Principal/Founder, Mediator, Barrister, Solicitor a Alemi Law Group & Sydney JD Alumnus
Arman Alemi is the founding principal of Alemi Law Group Professional Corporation and a Founding Partner at Rosehill LLP.
His practice comprises commercial and financial litigation and he has appeared at all levels of the Court in the Province of Ontario. Mr. Alemi’s litigation practice ranges from bank fraud, mortgage enforcement, shareholder disputes and breach of director’s duties to defamation, breach of commercial contract, cross-border litigation, and debt recovery.
He also represents clients in the Startup space and assists them with business incubation, and investment capital through angel investors or venture capital funds.
He currently sits on the board of directors of numerous innovative startups, some of which are engaged in pharmaceutical technology, biodiversity engineering, aviation and Aerospace R&D, food production/processing/preservation and biochemical structural engineering.
