About Loughlin Hooper
Loughlin is the student recruitment coordinator for the Faculty of Science at the University of Melbourne, managing prospective students’ entry into the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine alongside the faculty admissions team. With a robust background in leadership roles within government organizations, he transitioned to the education sector, where he has worked closely with prospective DVM students since the program’s integration into the Faculty of Science in 2023. Passionate about continual learning, Loughlin is currently pursuing a master’s degree in data science.
