I grew up in Halifax, Nova Scotia with my parents and three siblings. Family and friends are the two most important things in my
life and I love to spend time with them whenever I am home.
I graduated from Bishop's University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts, history major with a minor in business entrepreneurship
and English literature. While attending Bishop's I was involved with everything from Varsity Lacrosse to The Students' Union and I
truly believe that going to a small liberal arts university like Bishop's shaped me into the person I am today.
I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to travel with my family while growing up, which fostered a strong interest in
travel as I grew older. After my second year of university I spent one month travelling through Europe with two friends from Halifax.
I was then lucky enough to spend six months on exchange in Sweden where I arguably spent more time travelling Europe than studying.
During these two Europe visits, I was able to visit just about every European country. Finally, upon graduation, I was able to travel
Southeast Asia for three and a half months, at which time I visited Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Singapore and Indonesia.
In my spare time I love to play hockey and volleyball, go skiing, and spend as much time as possible outdoors. I also enjoying
playing guitar and going to concerts whenever possible. I am a big people person and love to do any other activity that gives me the
chance to spend time with others.
I love working at OzTREKK because of the staff and the relaxed atmosphere. I also love spending time travelling to universities
and speaking to students like you about what an amazing opportunity it is to study in Australia!
“I would highly recommend OzTREKK to anyone wishing to study in Australia. In fact I think it would be stupid not to use the resources that this team has to offer.”
