James Cook University's School of Business is located across two campuses in the tropical north of the state of Queensland. The school offers a broad, leading-edge range of business-related disciplines and degrees at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
International and domestic students are welcome to attend either of JCU's Cairns or Townsville locations to further their studies in a safe and welcoming tropical environment. The school offers a first degree of study through a new Bachelor of Business program, which features a set of six, first-year core subjects including a Personal and Professional Business skills subject and a subject about managing the customer experience. Students can select up to two majors in their second and third year of study, and can elect to take a "work experience" subject to link with their employment during their studies.
